Free HSA program
Since January of 2004 HSA Trustee Service has been providing Health Savings Accounts with no monthly or annual fees.
For the 2010 season we are announcing our "HSA Stimulus Program" dropping our set up fee, allowing employers and individuals to put a little extra for their HSA.

HSA Services:
Online Banking with Bill Payment - Free
Debit Card Purchases & Payments - Free
Cashiers Check Disbursement1 - $5.00 per check
Duplicate Tax Form (5498-SA or 1099-SA) - $5.00 per form
Tax Form Correction (5498-SA or 1099-SA) - $25.00 per correction
HSA Checking account:
Monthly Account Fee - Free
Electronic e-Statement - Free
Paper Statement - $1.50 per month
1 This fee can be avoided by either paying bills using a debit card, or by issuing checks through the free online bill pay service available in online banking.
HSA Tip: You need to open your HSA as soon as possible after purchasing a High Deductible Health Plan, as you can only reimburse yourself for qualified medical expenses incurred after you have set up your HSA, not as of the date you purchased your HDHP.
All we do is set-up Health Savings Account plans for individuals and groups. No matter which qualified insurance plan you have, your Health Savings Account will remain independent, secure and FDIC insured, saving you money that you can use for real health care expenses.
If you chose to upgrade to an HSA with investment options their is a $3.50 monthly fee.
